Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is a popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films as well as Telugu movies, along with a handful of Malayalam. She was awarded an award called the National Film Award as Best Actress in the year 2018 because of her performance as actress Savitri, who appeared in the Telugu movie Mahanati. Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. She also received the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her career began in early 2000s when she was a child actor. She returned into the industry of film following her study of the field of fashion. Her first leading performance in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy embarked on her very first Malayalam projects as well as began working on projects in Tamil in parallel. Her debut film came in A. A. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The film was not a success at the box office. Because of her hectic schedule, in 2015 she had no choice but to pull herself out of projects on which she had already begun working, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. The result was that she made two films together with Sivakarthikeyan within a short time, Rajini Murugan and Remo, while also playing the lead part on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The movie's release was delayed in 2015 and now is expected to take place after September of 2020. The film will be released under a different title Janakitho Nauu. The film's debut was Nenu Sailaja in 2016 featuring the actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy starred in Bairavaa directed by Bharathan and featuring actor Vijay.
