Aaliyah Haughton became famous in 1994 when she released her debut album Age isn't just a number. The album, made available at just 15 years old, went Gold. The collaboration was heavily in the style of R. Kelly, and helped put her in the spotlight. In 1996, she released her sophomore album One In A Million with Jermaine dupri and Timbaland. The album featured the hit number one track If Your Girl only was aware. Aaliyah received international recognition for her R&B vocals on the album. She starred with the martial arts legend Jet Li in 2000's action-romance film Romeo Must Die. The role was offered to her after being spotted by director Joel Silver at an awards event. In 2002 she was part of the film vampire Queen of the Damned based on the Anne Rice book. The Matrix Sequels followed, featuring Zee as the lead character. She was nominated four times for the Grammy Awards, including 2001, 1999 and 2002. Aarti Mann.....................Aarti Mann also known as Aarti Majumdar is an American actor who is best known for her portrayal of Priya Koothrappali in the popular TV series The Big Bang Theory. Born in Connecticut to a family of Indian descent. Mann is an abbreviation of her married first name Mankad. Aarti Magnumdar, her official name. She also uses Aarti Magumdar for her stage name. Her acting career started in the mid-2000's with minor roles on TV and films. In addition to The Big Bang Theory, her notable other works include Leverage (2013) Suits (2014) and Grey's Anatomy (2017.) In addition, she has appeared in advertisements for major brands such as international automobile manufacturer Volvo. She is a resident of Los Angeles where she continues to perform as an actor.
